Revolution ’67 October 9, 2010 2pm Morris County Library, Whippany, NJ
"Revolution '67" at the Morris County Library, Whippany, NJ
Our library hosted the film screening and discussion of "Revolution '67", in partnership with the NJ Council for the Humanities, on Saturday October 9th. This program was well-attended, and very eye-opening and thought-provoking for our audience members, some of which lived in or near Newark at the time. The discussion following the film was led by Marylou and Jerome Bongiorno and Dr. Mark Krasovic of the American Studies Department at Rutgers. Also present was Don Wagner, Newark Public School teacher and Revolution '67 curriculum writer, who contributed much to the discussion.
